Doesn’t matter from how long you been together, the engagement time is the starting point from building up a new life together, the point in which you decide to create your own family!

It is important to enjoy this moment and take time to share the it with family and friends!

It is the time in which you start to think on how to seal your promise of love and let’ start eh planning!

But from where to start? Here my tips for you!

  1. BRAINSTORMING! – I know that is a term used for business, but it is important to do it also when it came to the wedding planning as it will help to clarify your idea of wedding.
The engagement is a moment full of unique emotions and it happens one in life so, you should get prepared to face it! Take time to sit down and and share your idea on a wedding you would like to have. The start of the wedding planning give you the opportunity to picture yourself on the wedding day. And… remember: WHO – WHERE – WHEN – WHAT.

    WHO
It is related to  your guest list. Who are the people I want close by? Write it down very carefully and send your invite ONLY the people you really what!
    WHERE
Should I have a destination wedding or a local wedding?  How do I see may self?
    WHEN
Please don’t try to prevent the weather!!!! It can be sunny or not you cannot change it. It will still be your happy day! If you decide for a destination wedding, the best season to get married on the Amalfi Coast is from the start of the Spring until the end of the Autumn.  Christmas time is also a that can be consider as it is very romantic too!
    WHAT
Do I want it a classic? Traditional, Experiential wedding? Am I ready for a  Destination Wedding? Of course YES! But… How do I start the wedding planning process?
Create your must have list with anything and everything you find as priority (outdoor venue, drop-dead gorgeous wedding dress, long after-party, must-look twice bouquet etc). This list will help you later on when you start allocating your wedding budget.
  2. BUDGETING – this must be one of the first things to do. Seriously, your budget will help you decide about the venue, guest list and will help you with prioritizing as well.
  3. MAKE THE FIRST STEPS  – and don’t be afraid to ask suggestion! Get in touch with a local planner to have the right tips on how to proceed to make it a beautiful experience!
